All of our theme packages are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
All .PSD files are packaged separately and are not licensed under the GPL 2.0. and are only Licensed for Personal Use. You may not offer them, modify or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
3. Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of the original owner. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Studio 11 Web Design Inc. be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of our products.
4. Refund Policy
As Studio 11 Web Design can not undo the hours, and effort put forth on your design we work very closely with our clients to make sure that they are 100% Happy with our work.Studio 11 Web Design does not offer a refund of money for the first payment made as we have already started the design process and can not get a refund on the hours and effort spent to work on your project. If you are unsatisfied with any of Studio 11 Web Designs Creations we can work with you on changing the design process.
5. Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

6. Payments
All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. You will be automatically billed for half of our service’s towards the beginning of your project and the second half of your payment will be billed towards the end of your finished product. If you are paying for graphic or print design the payment is requested up front.
NOTE: We are also using Google Checkout.
6. Product Affiliation
The first step in processing your request is that you will be registered automatically as an affiliate through our affiliate company Elegant Themes Inc. There is no cost for this and any commissions you inquire will be paid through PayPal.
